Check your legal rights / responsibilities [remember you may infest others]
Check your insurance coverage [most insurers do NOT cover bed bugs. Consider buying a rider from Lloyds of London]' and,
Contact a registered Pest Control Company

OK, so you are seeking a law firm to handle your case - GOOD LUCK. They are few and far between. And, you will not likely find a large law firm that will touch this with a 10-foot pole. We know. We have searched. There are too many large corporate clients that are befuddled with this dilemma. And, government is there hiding in the bushes as well.

So, about the Public Interest and Duty of Care. Where do we go as both companies who are trying to re-mediate these non-insurable issues; as well as individuals who are tenants [both corporate and private] now saddled with this overwhelming cost ... Architects and engineers need to gather together in consult with health sciences and industry to find unique ways to build domiciles and offices that can be cleansed when infected - at a reasonable cost and with immediacy.

This can be done. And, the public clamor needs to be large enough to cause the Money Mangers and insurance industries to leverage funding into this global issue stat.

No, it is not the end of the world. And, Bed Bugs are NOT yet known to carry diseases. But, like HIV infections caused by shared use of hypodermic needles, there are those UNKNOWN questions regarding FURTHER RESEARCH by the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION - and, your local HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
